Commercial M&E delivery | Nationwide project capability

Specialist busbar

Specialist busbar installation and jointing.

Installation, alignment, joint preparation, resin casting, terminal interfaces, testing and QA for LV busbar systems. APX is an approved ETA-COM / Betobar installer.

System-led delivery

Precision from route review to final test.

Busbar installation relies on dimensional control, cleanliness, correct interfaces and disciplined jointing. Small errors can create disproportionate technical and programme risk.

APX delivers specialist installation and jointing using the applicable manufacturer instructions, approved materials and project-specific QA requirements.

  • Pre-install route and interface review
  • Storage, handling and environmental controls
  • Bracketry, section installation and alignment
  • Joint preparation, resin casting and controlled curing
  • Testing, records and installation handover

APX welcomes collaboration with additional busbar manufacturers and will develop system-specific competence and approval through formal manufacturer processes.

  • Manufacturer instructions take precedence
  • Approved components and materials only
  • Traceable jointing and testing records
  • Clear responsibility split between designer, supplier and installer
