Specialist busbar
Installation, alignment, joint preparation, resin casting, terminal interfaces, testing and QA for LV busbar systems. APX is an approved ETA-COM / Betobar installer.
System-led delivery
Busbar installation relies on dimensional control, cleanliness, correct interfaces and disciplined jointing. Small errors can create disproportionate technical and programme risk.
APX delivers specialist installation and jointing using the applicable manufacturer instructions, approved materials and project-specific QA requirements.

Specialist scope
APX can undertake defined installation elements or provide the complete specialist installation and jointing workstream.
Drawings, dimensions, interfaces, risers, bends, expansion requirements, access and installation sequence.
Delivery checks, storage conditions, component protection, cleanliness controls and readiness review.
Bracketry, busbar sections, elbows, offsets, expansion elements and controlled dimensional alignment.
Joint preparation, conductor interfaces, moulding, resin control, casting and curing in accordance with the system method.
Terminal flanges and connections to transformers, switchboards, generators and associated equipment.
Torque verification, insulation resistance, micro-ohm testing where specified, visual checks and installation records.
Labour planning, manufacturer interfaces, other-trade coordination, shutdown sequencing and progress reporting.

Approved installer status
APX is currently approved to install ETA-COM and Betobar cast-resin systems. The wider positioning remains manufacturer-neutral: specialist busbar delivery governed by the requirements of the specified system.
APX welcomes collaboration with additional busbar manufacturers and will develop system-specific competence and approval through formal manufacturer processes.
